However, some secondary rooms in the house did not yet reflect the same level of refinement, functionality, and integration as the rest of the home. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The objective was therefore not to change the identity of the house, but rather to complement it in a coherent and elegant way through custom storage, integrated joinery, better thought-out lighting and high-end finishes allowing to unify the whole property.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project focused on three main areas:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A completely redesigned laundry room<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A custom-designed dressing room with integrated makeup area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A custom-designed office for busy professionals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These different spaces have been reworked to improve daily comfort, maximize storage and use of space, optimize circulation and create a more coherent architectural continuity with the rest of the house.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The architectural concept and layout plans had been developed by an external architect commissioned by the clients, after which Collet Homes intervened as the general contractor responsible for site management, coordination of trades, monitoring of execution and overall management of the construction phase.<\/p>\n\n<h2 for professionals working partly from home, this space aimed to maximize organization, improve visual comfort, and create a more efficient and pleasant daily work environment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Custom joinery, integrated lighting and optimized volumes have transformed this space into a refined office consistent with the architectural language of the rest of the house.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the evolution of working methods, bespoke home offices are now becoming an increasingly important component of high-end residential renovation
