The length of time to anticipate for a home renovation will vary. Custom installations and mostly esthetic jobs can take anywhere from a couple days to a week. Complete bathroom renovations (if re-tiling and swapping out old showers, baths and toilets) can average 2-4 weeks, if there is no excessive electrical and plumbing that needs to be revisited. Kitchen complete remodels where the existing kitchen will need to be dismounted, are on average 2-4 weeks. If walls need to be removed, with electrical and plumbing to then be rerouted this can add 1-2 weeks to the process. 

We will provide you with an accurate assessment of the work required for your renovation design as well as an accurate assessment of the timeline it will take to complete the project. We will also account for whether or not we see possible complications to your specific project and if extra work will be required, we will advise on how much extra time you might need to anticipate. 

These meetings are where we ask a lot of questions to how you personally use your space(s) and what does and does not function for you. We will also establish what type of budget plans you have for your project and this will guide the material and esthetic design requests you would like to see happen, that are realistic within your budget.

If you have a plan already or are currently working with an architect we can fast track on our end, work proposals that will help you and your architect decide if we align with your needs. If you have no specific plans, we can guide you on what to consider for a renovation to be a success.

We have insurances for damages to material we transport and damages that might occur on your property. When we order material for clients, we will handle any of the warranty follow up necessary to factory damage or defective material.

We are able to deploy services throughout Switzerland. If the distance is substantial from Geneva we will charge a displacement fee depending on the size of the project.

When projects are full scope in nature we will organise timing blocks that will facilitate our teams to be close to site and able to work within prospected timelines of the project.
