Trained as an engineer, I have been managing Collet Homes since 2021. I apply the complex project method to residential renovations: defining the scope, budget and schedule before the construction site, then managing the execution until acceptance.

Course

• 2017 to present, Collet Homes (Geneva): company management, feasibility, budget, planning and management of high-end renovation work.
• 2014 to 2016, Winnipeg Health Region (Canada): Project manager, development of design plans and management with promoters and teams, monitoring of timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• 2014 to 2016, Seven Oaks General Hospital (Canada): Director of hospital facilities and operations, coordination of operations, human resources and administration.
• 2012 to 2013, Genolier Swiss Medical Network (Switzerland): Medical project manager within a group of 13 hospitals, equipment deployment, consulting on renovation and expansion projects, tenders and selections, improvement of workflows.
• 2008 to 2009, Interior Health Authority (Canada): planning of biomedical engineering projects, selection of purchases, drafting of calls for tenders and selection of capital equipment, representation of the biomedical department in the design of new buildings and programs.
