Pre-construction is a phase of progressive structuring designed to transform an intention — whether it is carried out by a client or by an architect — into a feasible, coherent project aligned with the planned investment. DESIGN ASSIST — project development without design plans
Design assist is aimed at customers who want to develop their project without established architectural plans.
Based on ideas, references or intentions, we support the structuring of the project by aligning the design choices with the technical feasibility, the constraints of the site and the budget.
Depending on the needs, sketches, volumetric studies or 3D renderings can be integrated as decision-making tools.
